I regularly appear in the Principal Registry of the Family Division of the High Court of Justice, and the Family Court in the County Court. I deal with the full spectrum of family law cases. My key strengths are forensic insight, dedication to client care, strong advocacy techniques and firm, confident negotiation skills.

I am often instructed in cases that involve a difficult client, or by parties advancing a case strongly resisted by other parties. My practice includes financial remedies in divorce and complex private law disputes. Since becoming a sole practitioner I very rarely take on legal aid work. Also it is important to note that legal aid work is not undertaken under Direct/Public Access. You must always try to check if you are eligible for legal aid.
