Arbitration

I am a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, and have attained MCIArb qualification. I encourage the use of arbitration and mediation as two means of speedy, effective and inexpensive alternative dispute resolution. My training includes dealing with arbitration and mediation across a range of subject matter areas. 

 
One of my specialties within arbitration is family-related arbitration , especially financial dispute resolution
I am able to undertake international commercial arbitration work, especially through the London Court of International Arbitration (“L.C.I.A.”) and the International Chamber of Commerce (“I.C.C.”), with special reference to arbitrations in London and also in the Mauritius International Arbitration Centre ("M.I.A.C.").
